Yes! Our Mind offers a free tier that includes up to 100 memories and all core features. You can upgrade to Solo or Team plans for unlimited memories, advanced shortcuts, and team collaboration features.

Which AI platforms does Our Mind support?

Our Mind works with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other major AI platforms. The Chrome extension automatically detects supported platforms and activates the memory layer.

Are my memories secure and private?

Absolutely. All memories are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices including Argon2 password hashing and JWT authentication. You own your data, and we never use it to train AI models.

Can I use Our Mind with my team?

Yes! The Team plan allows you to share memories and prompt shortcuts across your organization. Set up shared memory spaces, manage permissions, and keep everyone on the same page.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains accessible on the free tier. If you downgrade, memories beyond the free limit will be archived but not deleted. You can export all your data at any time.

Does Our Mind work on Firefox or other browsers?

Currently Our Mind is available as a Chrome extension, which also works on Chromium-based browsers like Edge, Brave, and Arc. Firefox support is on our roadmap.

Step 1 of 5

Install the Chrome Extension

Head over to the Chrome Web Store and search for "Our Mind" or follow the direct link from our website. Click "Add to Chrome" and confirm the installation. Once installed, pin the extension to your toolbar for quick access -- just click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome and hit the pin next to Our Mind.

Pin the extension to your toolbar so it is always one click away. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+M (Cmd+Shift+M on Mac) to open it instantly.

Step 2 of 5

Create Your Account

Click the Our Mind extension icon and select "Create Account." Enter your email, choose a strong password, and verify your email address. Once verified, you will be prompted to choose a plan -- the free tier includes everything you need to get started with up to 100 memories.

Step 3 of 5

Save Your First Memory

Open any AI chat -- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any supported platform. Have a conversation, then click the Our Mind extension icon. You will see the option to save the current conversation context as a memory. Give it a name, optionally add tags, and hit "Save." Your AI context is now stored and ready to be recalled anytime.

Pro Tip

Use descriptive names and tags for your memories. For example, "React project architecture" or "Marketing campaign Q1" -- this makes them easy to find and recall later.

Set Up !!Shortcuts

Shortcuts are one of the most powerful features in Our Mind. Open the dashboard and navigate to Prompts. Create a new prompt shortcut by giving it a trigger name (like "coderev" or "summarize"). Now in any AI chat, just type "!!coderev" and Our Mind will automatically expand it into your full prompt -- saving you from typing the same instructions over and over.

Pro Tip

Start with 2-3 shortcuts for your most common prompts. Popular ones include !!summarize, !!explain, !!debug, and !!translate. You can include memory context in your shortcuts for even more powerful automations.

Connect Multiple AI Platforms

Here is where the magic happens. Our Mind works across all major AI platforms simultaneously. Open ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini in different tabs. The extension automatically detects each platform. Your saved memories and shortcuts work everywhere -- save context in Claude and recall it in ChatGPT. No more re-explaining yourself when switching between AI assistants.

Pro Tip
